  1. Who is Cyclehaus?
  2. Cyclehaus is a motorcycle retailer with over 30 branches and 20 display centers nationwide. Upon its conception in 1993, it has continuously garnered prestige in the motorcycle industry by consistently hitting the top 10 motorcycle retail dealer in the country. It has continuously set the pace by creating revolutionary promos and becoming the trend-setter in introducing new motorcycle units in the country. Being a self-financed company, Cyclehaus continues to shine in today's fast-paced and aggressive market. At present, it has now expanded to over 50 branches and display centers located in the different regions of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. It currently boasts of employing over 300 hard-working individuals who aim towards providing alternative transport and mobility means to our customers by carrying quality yet affordable motorcycles.


  3. Which motorcycle brands does Cyclehaus carry?
  4. In 2006, Cyclehaus launched its own line of motorcycles called HAUSMOTORS. Under the line are self-designed and re-engineered bikes that the company personally supervised to ensure its superior quality among other China-made motorcycles. Apart from that, it also carries various motorcycle brands from Motorstar and Sinski.


  5. How is the quality of Hausmotors compared to the other brands?
  6. Before launching any new Hausmotor bike to the market, Cyclehaus' research and development teams goes through an extensive test driving and quality inspection period on the bike to ensure its durability and efficiency. The R&D team is also in close contact with its sister companies, involved in the importation and distribution of motorcycle spare parts and accessories, to guarantee the quality of the parts used in the motorcycle. It is with these efforts that Cyclehaus wishes to show its commitment in providing the best product to its customers.


  7. What other products and services does Cyclehaus have?
  8. All Cyclehaus branches are equipped with service shops manned by trained and accredited mechanics. Regardless of where the customer buys the motorcycle, s/he is free to have the bike maintained in any of the 50 Cyclehaus branches. Apart from the service shop, all branches also carry sufficient spare parts and accessories to ensure all its customers needs are met. Finally, the company is also a self-financed company to aid customers who have tight budgets.


  9. What freebies do I receive if I purchase a motorcycle from Cyclehaus?
  10. Upon purchase, the customer receives the following:
    - Initial Registration
    - One year Engine Parts Warranty
    - One year Free service or 10,000 kms whichever comes first
    - Free Helmet
    - Free Jacket
    - Hausmotor Card


  11. What is a Hausmotor Card?
  12. The Hausmotor Card is provided to all customers who purchase a bike from Cyclehaus. Upon presentation of the card, the member is entitled to a 10% discount on all spare parts as well as service fees in any Cyclehaus branch. Membership is valid for a year and is renewable. Hausmotor card members also receive priority in servicing as well as regular updates on any promotional efforts of the company.

  15. What are the purchase requirements? Transaction process flow?
  16. 1. Upon placing the order, first time Hausmotor buyers will receive a confirmation email that contains the details of the order and requests the buyers to fax in the actual latest credit card billing statement or scanned debit/credit card - exposing only the last 8 digits of the card and the cardholder's signature - to myAyala customer service fax number +63 2 752-5279.

    2. After the submission of the complete documents, myAyala will process and approve the transaction. If the motorcycle model that the buyer has chosen is available in branch that s/he indicated in the checkout page, the buyer will receive an approval email that shows the ORDER REFERENCE NO.

    3. Once approved, buyer must delegate the ORDER REFERENCE NO and the branch of pickup to the recipient.

    During pickup, Cyclehaus will request the recipient to present the following:
    - Order Reference No.
    - Two (2) valid IDs - Driver's License / Passport / SSS Card / TIN Card / Company ID


  17. Can I have the product/s delivered to the recipient?
  18. No. Cyclehaus needs to personally brief the recipient on the proper usage of the bike (e.g. break-in period), proper maintenance (e.g. change oil, tune-ups), warranty claims and motorcycle registration.
