To use your points:

  1. Anyone can refer and earn rewards points. When any of your referrals make a purchase in myAyala, you will earn corresponding points. You may use these points as payment for any purchase in myAyala.com.
  2. You have to be a registered customer to use your earned rewards points. If you are not a member yet, click here. Member registration is FREE. As members you can also opt to :
    1. Receive newsletters that we send out regularly.
    2. Receive discount codes and seasonal promos.
  3. You may decide to redeem the rewards points immediately or save it for future use. To check how many points you have accumulated so far, just log on to your account.
  4. To use your earned points, simply enter the number of points you want to apply to your transaction in the box provided in the check out page when you make your purchase.

How to earn Customer Rewards Points?

  1. When your immediate referral, defined as 1st level referral, makes an online transaction in myAyala.com, you will earn points:
    1. equal to 1% of your 1st level referral's transaction value for all completed transactions other than remittance and bills payment services.
    2. equal to 0.5% of your 1st level referral's transaction value for all completed remittance and/or bills payment services.

  2. When the 2nd level referral makes a successful purchase, both YOU and your 1ST LEVEL REFERRAL will earn points in two ways. The points earned from a 2nd level referral would be:

    1. equal to 0.5% of your 2nd level referral's transaction value for all completed transactions other than remittance and bills payment services
    2. equal to 0.25% of your 2nd level referral's transaction value for all completed remittance and/or bills payment services.

  3. 1 point is equivalent to Php.1.00 (Philippine Peso).
  4. You may only earn points from your 1st and 2nd level referrals.

Customer Reward Points can only be collected and used with 'online' purchases.

  1. On the second successful myRemittance transaction after August 24, 2006 (philippine time), customers can earn 50 pts to be added to their myAyala.com account for the Customer Referral Points Program. Customers can use these points as discounts on regular product purchases.
  2. Points will be added to the total points already earned for the Customer Referral Points Program, if any.
  3. To view your total earned points, log on to your account.
  4. Points earned cannot be used for purchase discounts on myRemittance, Bills Payment, and Donations.
